What we collect

Isomorphic and this site are made by Isomorphic Technologies Corp. Questions go to [email protected].

On the site we record ordinary analytics. When you ask for beta access we keep the email you give us, and use it to create an account for you and to write to you about Isomorphic. When you book a call, that booking is handled by the scheduling service linked from this site.

In the app we keep what we need to run an account, to process a payment (card details stay with the payment processor), and to make your projects work if that data lives on our systems. We also record product events such as app launches, requests sent, and projects created. For AI features we keep metadata only: how long a request took, which provider handled it, success or failure, and similar facts. We do not store the message itself. The provider still receives the prompt so it can answer, under its own terms.

We use this to run the product, keep it working, charge you if you pay, and write to you. We do not sell it. We share it only with the services that are used in running and operating Isomorphic, or if the law requires it. Those services include things like hosting, email, analytics, payments, scheduling, and AI providers. Some data will be processed by them so Isomorphic can function, under their terms as well as ours.

Your rights

Ask us about information we hold or request corrections or deletions, at [email protected]. We keep waitlist mail and account data while the account lasts, and payment records as long as the law requires.
