Using Isomorphic

These terms cover theisomorphic.com and Isomorphic, made by Isomorphic Technologies Corp. Using either means you agree to them. If you are using Isomorphic for a company, you are agreeing on that company’s behalf as well.

Isomorphic is a tool for building and working on systems you own, or have permission to work on. You agree not to use it in ways that are illegal, that harm other people, or that disrupt the service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your projects, code, and data stay yours. We do not take ownership of them. We only use them as needed to operate Isomorphic for you. The site, the app, and the work we put into them stay ours, so please do not copy or resell the product itself, or present it as your own.

Where Isomorphic uses a third-party AI provider, that provider receives the prompt so it can respond. Please review what comes back before you rely on it.

If you pay for Isomorphic, billing is handled by our payment processor at the prices shown when you pay. That may be a one-time charge, a subscription, or usage-based billing, depending on the product. Refunds are given where the law requires them, or where we think it is fair.

Isomorphic is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or the app. If a claim cannot be disclaimed, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, or US $100 if you have not paid us. Delaware law governs these terms, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction.

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. Using Isomorphic after that date means you are agreeing to the updated terms.
